创新型人才培养是社会需求,也是我国可持续发展的原动力,教育部提出一流专业建设也正是为了回归建立优质的本科教育,保证创新型人才的培养。在这一大环境下,高校课程改革的专业结构的变化、教学方法的革新、培养理念的转变、师资队伍的培养以及组织结构都必须重新定义。
