实际工况管道气固两相流冲蚀磨损的数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 在工况条件复杂的石化管道系统中,冲蚀磨损失效是造成石化管道失效的主要原因,管道内的冲蚀主要发生在如三通管、盲三通、弯头等流向或结构发生变化的位置。本文采用CFD方法,对某炼化厂实际工况管道中的气固两相流冲蚀磨损进行数值模拟研究,结果表明:入口盲三通处的冲蚀磨损最严重,将数值模拟与实际数据进行对比,验证了模拟结果的准确性,并提出了4点测厚点布置建议。本文的研究结果可为石化管道的定点测厚监测提供直观、准确的布点参考。 In the multiphase petrochemical pipeline system with complex working conditions,erosion failure is the main reasons for the failure of petrochemical pipelines.Erosion in the pipeline mainly occurs at the location where the flow direction or structure changes such as tee,blind tee,elbow,etc.Numerical simulation investigation on the gas-solid flow erosion in a pipeline of a refinery is studied,using CFD method,selecting RSM turbulence model and DPM discrete phase model.The results show that the erosion of the blind tee at the entrance is the most serious.Comparing the numerical prediction with the actual thickness measurement data,the accuracy of the simulation results is determined,and by analyzing the simulation results,suggestions for the placement of four thickness measurement points are put forward.The research results of this paper can provide intuitive and accurate guidance for the placement of fixed-point erosion thickness monitoring in engineering practice.
