摘要
工业锅炉饱和蒸汽湿度是表征蒸汽話质最重要的因素,它不仅影响锅炉的安全性和经济性,也会对管道产生腐蚀,影响后续工艺,从而影响最终产品的质量。目前由于工业锅炉饱和蒸汽湿度检测技术的限制和缺失,工业锅炉饱和蒸汽湿度并未引起足够的重视。本文通过一套模拟工业锅炉的装置,得出影响蒸汽湿度的各因素的定量分析,结合工业锅炉的现状对工业锅炉饱和蒸汽湿度的运行控制提出相关建议,以保证工业锅炉饱和蒸汽湿度控制在合理范围之内,保证蒸汽品质。
Saturated steam humidity of industrial boilers is the most important factor in characterizing steam quality.It not only affects the safety and economy of the boiler,but also corrodes subsequent pipelines and processes,and also affects the quality of the product.At present,due to the limitation and lack of industrial boiler saturated steam humidity detection technology,the saturated steam humidity of industrial boilers has not attracted enough attention.This paper uses a set of equipment that simulates industrial boilers to obtain a quantitative analysis of various factors affecting steam humidity.Through these analyses,combined with the status quo of industrial boilers,relevant suggestions are put forward on the operation and control of saturated steam humidity of industrial boilers to ensure the saturated steam of industrial boilers The humidity is controlled within a reasonable range to ensure the quality of steam.
