浅谈气化炉激冷室内表面堆焊层裂纹形成原因及预防 被引量:1

摘要 气化炉是化工造气装置的重要设备,在停车检修时,内表面不锈钢堆焊层总会出现众多裂纹性缺陷,给设备的安全运行埋下隐患,给企业的投产计划带来挑战。笔者结合多年的气化炉定期检验经验,从气化炉内表面堆焊层裂纹形成的原因及预防展开论述。本文针对定期检验发现的问题,采取金相、腐蚀产物分析等方法进行分析,得出内表面堆焊层裂纹形成的原因,为企业在气化炉检修及使用过程中的安全运行提供参考。 Gasifiers are important equipment of chemical gasification devices.When it is shut down for maintenance,there will always be many crack defects in the stainless steel surfacing layer on the inner surface,which would bring hidden dangers to the safe operation of the equipment and bring challenges to the enterprises'planned start-up and production.Combining with years of experience in regular inspections of gasifiers,this paper discussed the causes and prevention of cracks in the surfacing layer on the inner surface of the gasifiers.The problems found in regular inspections are analyzed by means of metallographic analysis and corrosion product analysis,and the reasons for the formation of cracks in the surfacing layer on the inner surface are obtained.Depended on these results,feasible preventive measures for enterprises in the process of maintenance and use of gasifiers are proposed.
