基于定期检验一次合格率数据统计分析的电梯安全监管方法研究

Research on Elevator Safety Supervision Method based on Statistical Analysis of One Time Pass Rate Data of Regular Inspection

为创新电梯安全监管方法,提高安全监管效能,确保电梯安全使用,对电梯定期检验一次合格率进行定期统计,分析数据反映的问题、现象和原因,研究电梯使用安全状况、日常管理水平和维护保养质量、用于指导电梯安全监管工作,结果表明:可以督促相关单位落实主体责任,提高电梯安全性能,有效预防或减少电梯安全事故。

In order to innovate the elevator safety supervision method,improve the efficiency of safety supervision and ensure the safe use of the elevator,the regular statistics of the one-time qualified rate of elevator regular inspection is adopted to analyze the problems,phenomena and causes reflected by the data,and study the safety status of use,daily management level and maintenance quality of elevator,so as to guide the elevator safety supervision work.The results show that the relevant departments can be supervised to implement the main responsibility,improve the safety performance of the elevator,effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of elevator safety accidents.
