便携式里氏硬度计与超声波硬度计在游乐设施检验中应用探讨

摘要 硬度作为材料力学性能的综合指标,其数值测量准确性直接影响检验项目的判定。本文介绍了便携式里氏硬度计和趨声波硬度计的基本原理,并对便携式里氏硬度计在游乐设施重要轴、销轴硬度现场应用情况进行说明,通过对两款硬度计参数及测量数据的比对,说明便携式里氏硬度计在游乐设施现场应用的局限性,同时证明超声波硬度计能够有效地测量游乐设施中的轴类零件。 Hardness is a comprehensive index of material mechanical properties,its numerical measurement accuracy directly affects the judgment of inspection items.We introduce the basic principles of portable richter hardness tester and ultrasonic hardness tester,and explain the application of portable richter hardness tester in the field of the hardness of important shafts and pin shafts of amusement device.By comparing the parameters and measurement data of the two hardness testers,it expounds the limitations of the portable richter hardness tester in the field of amusement device,and at the same time proves that the ultrasonic hardness tester can effectively measure the shaft parts in the amusement device.
