摘要
针对发生严重鼓胀变形的焦炭塔,本文在宏观检查、壁厚测定、硬度测定等常规检验的基础上,采用三维激光扫描技术获取精确的鼓胀变形量,然后利用得到的数据进行ANSYS建模,通过有限元应力分析以及疲劳蠕变损伤分析对该焦炭塔能否继续服役进行评价。经过合于使用评价,确定该焦炭塔在当前的工况下可以继续使用至计划停车检修时间点。
Aiming at the serious bulging deformation of coke drum in a petrochemical company,on the basis of conventional inspection such as macro inspection,wall thickness measurement and hardness measurement,the accurate bulging deformation was obtained by using 3D laser scanning technology,and then ANSYS modeling was carried out by using the obtained data,through the finite element stress analysis and fatigue creep damage analysis,whether the coke drum could continue to serve was evaluated.According to the fitness-for-service,it was determined that the coke drum could continue to be used until the planned shutdown maintenance time under the current working conditions.
