魔环过山车提升钩安全销断裂原因分析

摘要 魔环过山车为一款大型往复式滑行车,采用机械伸缩式提升钩实现挂钩、脱钩动作,并设置提升钩安全销作为提升钩误动作时的机械保护附件。针对魔环过山车在运行过程中易出现提升钩安全销意外断裂导致的乘客高空滞留问题,本文对提升钩安全销的断裂机理进行了研究,并结合Miner线性累计疲劳损伤理论.对安全销的疲劳寿命进行了理论计算,经计算分析,理论预测寿命与实际寿命误差小于30%,满足工程使用精度。同时为预防其疲劳使用寿命不足造成的意外断裂问题,从设计、制造、检验层面提出处理措施,确保提升钩安全销全周期的安全性。 The Skyloop is a large reciprocating roller coaster.It uses a mechanical telescopic lifting hook to realize hooking and unhooking actions,equipped with a safety pin as mechanical protection accessory in case of hook malfunction.Dealing with the frequent high-feet strand incidents due to accidental breakage of the safety pin during operation.The fracture mechanism of the safety pin was investigated.Moreover,fatigue life of the safety pin was theoretically predicted using Miner's linear accumulated damage theory,yielding a error of less than 30%compared to practical life,which meets the engineering accuracy.In addition,treatment measures of design,manufacturing and inspection were proposed to enhance the whole-life safety of the Skyloop lifting hook.
