摘要
随着社会的发展,自动扶梯在公共场所成为必不可少的交通工具。这种扶梯每天运行时间至少在13h以上,但是其负载运行时间仅占其运行时间的20%左右,大部分时间都处于空载运行,耗费了大量的能源。本文通过对自动扶梯控制方式的介绍及能耗的比较,介绍变频技术的原理以及在扶梯节能改造上的注意事项,为今后的扶梯改造提供建设性的分析意见,体现出变频技术在扶梯中的经济效益和社会效益。
With the development of society,escalators have become an indispensable means of transportation in public places.The daily running time of escalator is at least over 13 hours,but its load running time only accounts for about 20%of its running time,and most of the time is running without load,which consumes a lot of energy.Th is paper introduces the control mode of escalator and the comparison of energy consumption,introduces the principle of frequency conversion technology and points for attention in the energy saving transformation of escalator provides constructive analysis Suggestions for the future transformation of escalator,and reflects the economic and social benefits of frequency conversion technology in the escalator.
