摘要 针对异构数控系统信息采集不规范和通信协议不一致的问题,以数控机床为研究对象,提出一种基于OPC UA的数控机床信息建模及通信方案。应用OPC UA信息模型机制,建立可扩展的数控机床描述模型,使用OPC UA开发套件建立OPC UA服务器,信息模型映射到OPC UA服务器节点,OPC UA客户端通过访问服务器实现信息模型的浏览和修改。研究结果表明:利用该方案对数控系统GJ430进行测试验证,实现了数控系统的标准化通信,为数控机床的互联互通提供了参考。 Aiming at the problem of irregular information collection and inconsistent information communication of heterogeneous CNC systems,taking NC machine tools as the research object,an information modeling and communication scheme was proposed for NC machine tools based on OPC UA.Using the OPC UA information model mechanism,an extensible description model was established for CNC machine tools.Using the OPC UA development kit,an OPC UA server was established.The information model was mapped to the OPC UA server node.The OPC UA client could browse and modify the information model by accessing the server.The research results show that using this program to test and verify the CNC system GJ430,the standardized communication of the CNC system is realized,which provides reference for the interconnection of CNC machine tools.
