摘要
为实现对数控机床智能化的状态监测与故障诊断,通过对数控机床健康诊断系统分析模型与交互特性的分析,根据数控机床故障类型与结构特点,利用Python开发一个图形化交互的数控机床健康诊断系统的动态交互平台,详细设计了系统的总体架构、数据采集模块、数据处理模块、诊断服务模块、人机交互界面。该平台可实现数控机床的动态监控、故障分析、状态数据显示及信息的发布与预警功能。
In order to realize the intelligent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools,through analyzing the analysis model and interactive characteristics of CNC machine tool health diagnosis system,according to the fault types and structural characteristics of CNC machine tools,a graphical dynamic interactive platform for CNC machine tool health diagnosis system was developed by using Python.The overall architecture,data acquisition module,data processing module,diagnostic service module,human-computer interface of the system were designed.The platform can realize the functions of dynamic monitoring,fault analysis,status data display,information release and early warning.
