温病郁热辨证与升降散类方的关联探析

通过以温病郁热辨证方法分析升降散类方的辨治思路和用药原则,认识到杨栗山论治温病学术经验与吴又可一脉相承。其轻则清之八方、重则泻之六方恰如刘河间"辛苦寒药治之"与"辛苦寒药下之"的运用原则与方法。升降散类方为认识温病郁热病机,应用温病郁热辨证起到了极好的启发作用。同时,温病郁热辨证的传承与创新又为升降散及其类方的临床运用奠定了全面的理论基础,也启示温病学辨治理论体系的深化研究。
