中医临床疗法“出泡”现象的研究现状与探讨

Research status and discussion on clinical ‘blistering’ phenomenon in traditional Chinese medicine

中医临床中有多种治疗方法可以出现"出泡"现象,如天灸疗法、艾灸疗法、拔罐疗法和发泡膏疗法等。回顾相关文献发现,对以上疗法中出现"出泡"现象的解释褒贬不一,未明确中医临床治疗中出现"出泡"现象是否有利于机体的自身调节,而且"出泡"对皮肤也有一定的损害性,皆制约了在临床上的发展。文章从其发展渊源、实验机制研究等方面进行探讨,并且通过神经-内分泌-免疫调节结合泡液成分分析其作用机制,以期为临床推广与应用提供科学依据。

In the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine, there are a variety of treatment methods can appear ‘blistering’phenomenon, such as: natural moxibustion therapy, moxibustion therapy and cupping therapy, blistering ointment therapy, and so on. A review of the relevant literature reveals that there are different explanations for the phenomenon of ‘blistering’ in the four therapies, and it is not clear whether the phenomenon of ‘blistering’ in the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is conducive to the body’s self-regulation, and ‘blistering’ has certain damage to the skin, which all restrict its clinical development.The paper discussed its development origin and experimental mechanism study, and analyzed its action mechanism through neuroendocrine-immune regulation combined with blistering fluid component so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical popularization and application.
