中医药对肿瘤转移前微环境关键因素的研究进展

Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine of the regulation of key factors of tumor pre-metastatic niches

肿瘤转移是导致肿瘤患者死亡最重要的原因。越来越多研究发现并认可,导致肿瘤转移的关键因素是在特定位点形成的能促进肿瘤转移的微环境。研究发现,中药能调节肿瘤转移前微环境存在的免疫抑制、炎症反应、血管生成及通透性增强、淋巴管生成、亲器官性和重编程六大生物学特征,特别是在免疫微环境、炎症微环境和亲器官性等方面,中医理论能发挥指导作用。通过文献研究发现,中药有效成分、中药及中药复方均能调节转移前微环境相关组分,为中医药防治肿瘤转移提供新思路。

Tumor metastasis is the most important cause of death of tumor patients. More and more studies have found and recognized that the key factor leading to tumor metastasis is the site-specific microenvironment that promotes tumor metastasis. Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the six biological characteristics of immunosuppression, inflammatory response, enhanced angiogenesis and permeability, lymphangiogenesis, organophilicity and reediting existing in pre-metastatic niche, especially in the immune microenvironment. In terms of inflammation microenvironment and pro-organism, it can play a guiding role in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Through literature research, it is found that the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and compound prescriptions all may have the effect of regulating the components of pre-metastatic niche, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis by traditional Chinese medicine.
