附子药对化学成分与药理作用的研究进展

Research progress on the couplet medicines of prepared common monkshood branched root on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects

附子为"回阳救逆第一品",对多种重症疾病具有显著的疗效。但附子为有毒中药,在临床应用时,既要发挥其独特的治疗作用,又要采取必要的手段降低其毒副作用。药对配伍则是临床上附子常用的减毒增效的方式,附子在不同的配伍环境下,发挥不同的功效。通过对附子文献的阅读,笔者发现对附子药对的文献整理相对较少。因此,文章对附子几种常用药对的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为更好得开发利用附子药对提供参考。

Prepared common monkshood branched root, known as the ‘first product for rejuvenating the yang and saving adversity’, has significant effects on a variety of severe diseases. However, it is a famous toxic traditional Chinese medicine.In clinical application, it is necessary to exert its unique therapeutic effect and take necessary measures to reduce its toxic and side effects. Couplet medicines is a common way of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy of Prepared common monkshood branched root in clinical practice. Prepared common monkshood branched root has different effects in different compatibility environments. After reading the related literatures of Prepared common monkshood branched root, the authors found that there are few literatures on Prepared common monkshood branched root. Therefore, this article reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of common couplet medicines of Prepared common monkshood branched root, and provides reference for better development and utilization.
