六气之常与六气胜复治则与方药初探

Study on principle of treatment and formulas related to ordinary, over-restriction and counter-restriction of six climatic factors

天人合一为中医核心理论,天、地、万物之气相通,调人之气当以天地之气为参,以药食之气为助,故医者当体察运气,知常达变。文章从六气之常与诸气胜复出发,探讨六气常态下的特点与六气胜复的规律及治则,并试将方药与之对应,期冀为临床提供参考。

The ‘unity between heaven and man’ is one of the core theories of traditional Chinese medicine. The qi of heaven, earth and all things is interlinked, Therefore, doctors could use herbal medicine and food, by referring the condition of six climatic factors. This article attempts to summarize the features of six climatic factors, explore their regularity of changes, and collate their corresponding principle of treatment and formulas, and tries to correspond the prescriptions and drugs with them,hoping to provide reference for clinical practice.
