摘要
目的:通过裸花紫珠色谱峰与其降低血管通透性收敛作用之间的相关性分析,建立二者之间的谱效关系数学模型,揭示裸花紫珠发挥收敛作用的可能物质基础。方法:高效液相色谱检测10批裸花紫珠药材及其不同提取物,建立指纹图谱,用相似度软件筛选匹配数≥2的峰作为相关峰进行相关性分析,再把裸花紫珠不同提取物色谱峰数据与其药效作用数据进行Pearson相关分析,以及通过多元线性回归建立数学模型。结果:建立了裸花紫珠及其不同提取物的指纹图谱,并筛选出21个相关峰,Pearson相关性分析呈现较好相关性且为负相关关系,模型拟合精度较高,具有统计学意义。色谱峰2、4、8、9、11、13、18和23可能是裸花紫珠发挥收敛作用的物质基础。结论:基本确定裸花紫珠发挥收敛作用的成分为苯乙醇苷类、黄酮类及酚酸类小分子化合物,为裸花紫珠物质基础研究奠定基础。
Objective: To establish a mathematical model of the spectral-effect relationship between the chromatographic peaks of Callicarpa nudiflora and its effect of reducing the convergence of vascular permeability, and to reveal the possible material basis of Callicarpa nudiflora convergence effects. Methods: High-performance liquid chromatography was used to detect 10 batches of Callicarpa nudiflora medicinal materials and their different extracts to establish fingerprints. The similarity software was used to select peaks with a number of matches ≥2 as the relevant peaks for correlation analysis, and then the Chromatographic peak data and its drug effect data of Callicarpa nudiflora different extractions for Pearson correlation analysis,as well as through multilinear regression to establish a mathematical model. Results: The fingerprints of Callicarpa nudiflora and its different extracts were established, and 21 correlation peaks were screened out. Pearson correlation analysis showed good correlation and negative correlation. Model fitting accuracy is high and has statistical significance. The chromatographic peaks 2, 4, 8, 9, 11, 13, 18, and 23 may be the material basis for the convergence effect of Callicarpa nudiflora. Conclusion: It is basically determined that the constituents of Callicarpa nudiflora that have a convergence effect are the phenylethanol glycosides,flavonoids and phenolic acid small molecular compounds, which lays the foundation for the basic research of Callicarpa nudiflora.
