摘要
目的:探讨前胡品质与气候因子的相关性,为前胡的人工栽培种植提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定不同前胡产地共10省30批次样品中的7-羟基香豆素(7-OH-C)、白花前胡甲素(PA)、白花前胡乙素(PB)和白花前胡素E(PE)含量,同时还测定总香豆素(TP)和醇溶性浸出物(ESE)含量。应用R语言对不同产地前胡有效成分含量和气候因子进行主成分、聚类和灰色关联度分析,寻找和揭示影响前胡有效成分含量的关键气候因子。结果:不同产地之间化学成分含量存在明显差异;30个不同产地的气候类型可以分成五大类,存在明显的地域特征。灰色关联度分析表明相对湿度、7月平均最高温、年平均气温和7月平均气温为影响前胡中ESE、TP、PA、PB、PE和7-OH-C的关键气候因子。结论:本研究为科学合理的选择前胡规范化种植基地并保证前胡的质量提供参考。
Objective: To explore the correlation between the quality of Radix Peucedani and climate factors, and to find the key climatic factors affecting quality of Radix Peucedani. Methods: 7-Hydroxycoumarin(7-OH-C), Praeruptorin A(PA),Praeruptorin B(PB), Praeruptorin E(PE), total coumarin(TP), and ethanol-soluble extraction(ESE) of 30 batches of Radix Peucedani samples from 10 province have been determined. Principal component analysis, cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis were carried out by R language to reveal the leading climatic factors that affect the content of active ingredients of Radix Peucedani. Results: There were obviously differences in active ingredients among different habitats, and the climate factors of 30 different habitats could be divided into five categories with obvious regional characteristics. Grey correlation analysis showed that average relative humidity, average maximum temperature in July, annual average temperature and average temperature in July were the key climatic factors affecting the content of ESE, TP, PA, PB, PE and 7-OH-C. Conclusion: The study could provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for good agriculture practice and the quality of Radix Peucedani as well.
