补气养阴针刺法治疗2型糖尿病合并失眠气阴两虚证的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of diabetes combined with insomnia in syndrome of qi and yin deficiency by acupuncture to replenish qi and nourish yin

目的:观察补气养阴针刺法在针刺治疗2型糖尿病合并失眠气阴两虚证患者的疗效。方法:将确诊为2型糖尿病合并失眠气阴两虚证的60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组常规取穴(百会、四神聪、印堂、双内关、双神门),治疗组在常规取穴的基础上加刺补气养阴的穴位(双太乙、双水道、关元、双足三里、双三阴交)。观察对比空腹血糖、中医临床证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BEFF)总分。结果:两组治疗后PSQI总分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),WHOQOL-BEFF总分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组中医临床证候疗效总有效率为43.33%(13/30),低于治疗组的86.67%(26/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规取穴基础上加用补气养阴穴位治疗2型糖尿病合并失眠气阴两虚证疗效确切。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin acupuncture therapy on treating diabetes with insomnia in syndrome of qi and yin deficiency. Methods: Choosing 60 type 2 diabetic patients with insomnia, deficiency of qi and yin syndrome. Randomly divided into two groups, 30 in control group and 30 in treatment group.The control group used conventional acupuncture points [Baihui(GV 20), Sishencong(EX-HN1), Yintang(EX-HN3), Neiguan(P 6-double), Shenmen(H 7-double)], while the treatment group add points which supplementing qi and nourishing yin [Taiyi(S 23-double), Shuidao(S 28-double), Guanyuan(CV 4), Zusanli(ST 36-double), Sanyinjiao(SP 6-double)]. Compare the blood glucose level, clinical syndrome points of TCM, PSQI scores and WHOQOL-BEFF scores to evaluate curative effect. Results: After treatment, the total PSQI scores of the two groups was significantly lower than them before treatment(P<0.05), the WHOQOLBEFF scores of the two groups was significantly higher than them before treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM clinical syndrome curative effect of the control group was 43.33%(13/30), which was lower than 86.67%(26/30) of the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect is exact that add points which supplementing qi and nourishing yin on the usual ones can treat diabetes with insomnia, deficiency of qi and yin syndrome.
