苓萆四妙汤联合西药治疗脾肾两虚、浊毒内阻证2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Lingbi Simiao Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia in spleen-kidney deficiency and turbid toxin internal resistance syndrome

目的:探析苓萆四妙汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者60例,采用随机按数表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组口服苯溴马隆片(50mg/次,1次/d)、二甲双胍缓释片(0.5mg/次,2次/d),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用苓萆四妙汤,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、空腹血糖(FBG)以及临床总疗效变化。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗后两组中医证候总积分、UA、FBG均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候总积分、UA显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),显著高于对照组66.7%(20/30)(P<0.01)。结论:苓萆四妙汤联合西药能有效缓解2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者的临床症状,有效降低UA水平,具有良好的疗效与安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Lingbi Simiao Decoction combined with western medicine on type 2 diabetes patients with hyperuricemia. Methods: A total of 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases) according to the method of digital table. In the control group, Benbromarone Tablets(50 mg/time, once a day) and metformin sustained release tablets(0.5 mg/time, 2 times/d) were taken orally. Besides the treatment group was added with Lingbi Simiao Decoction. TCM syndrome scores, the levels of UA, BUN, SCr, FBG, and total clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment in the two groups, the TCM syndrome scores and the levels of UA and FBG were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01, P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores and UA level in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30) in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group [66.7%(20/30)](P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of Lingbi Simiao Decoction combined western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce UA level of type 2 diabetes patients with hyperuricemia, and have good curative effect and safety. This treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
