摘要
《海洋地质与第四纪地质》的独特性,在于两大学科的相互结合。为纪念期刊创刊40周年,本文回顾了两大学科在中国联合发展的历史,并讨论其未来的前景。
The present journal is unique in its combination of two prominent science disciplines: Marine geology and Quaternary geology. To celebrate its 40^(th) anniversary, the paper reviews the history of joint development of the two disciplines in China, with a discussion on its prospects in the future.
