大型火电机组炉膛无人机巡检技术研究

摘要 在碳中和和碳达峰背景下,要求火电机组具有更高的灵活性。火电机组频繁深度调峰造成电站锅炉受热面事故频发,尤其是爆管和结焦事故增加。因此火电机组锅炉炉膛的事故检修和日常检修任务加重,而目前采用的人工巡视和检修方法,效率低、成本和风险高。为了有效降低炉膛受热面的事故率,本文利用无人机开展电站锅炉的智能化巡视和检修,可有效提高检修效率,降低检修成本,提高机组运行安全性和灵活性,能够对锅炉受热面的事故进行预警。研究结果对于利用无人机开展火电机组智能检修有一定指导意义,提高了火电机组的智能化水平。 Under the background of carbon neutralization and carbon peak,thermal power units are required to have higher flexibility.Frequent deep peak shaving of thermal power units leads to frequent accidents on the heating surface of utility boilers,especially the increase of pipe explosion and coking accidents.Therefore,the accident maintenance and daily maintenance tasks of boiler furnace of thermal power unit are heavier,and the current manual inspection and maintenance methods have low efficiency,high cost and risk.In order to effectively reduce the accident rate of furnace heating surface,this paper uses UAV to carry out intelligent inspection and maintenance of utility boiler,effectively improve maintenance efficiency,reduce maintenance cost,improve unit operation safety and flexibility,and can give early warning of boiler heating surface accidents.The research results have certain guiding significance for using UAV to carry out intelligent maintenance of thermal power units,and improve the intelligent level of thermal power units.
