摘要
控制阀是核电站控制系统的关键设备之一,整个系统有多台关键性控制阀。为了验证整个系统中关键阀门的可靠性,需研制包络性样机。本文针对核电站控制阀包络性样机的研制,提出了样机应遵循的法规、标准和参数选择的方法,并介绍了样机的设计指标、结构方案、结构特点以及技术难点的解决方法和原理。特别是缓V形曲线六窗口套筒的设计是阀门流通结构方式的创新,可以有效减轻流体波动对阀门调节精度的干扰,为核电站控制阀包络性样机的研制提供了一种思路和方法。
Control valve is one of the key equipment of control system in nuclear power plant,and the whole system has many critical control valves.In order to verify their reliability,it is truly necessary to develop an envelope prototype.Aiming at developing the control valve envelope prototype of nuclear power plant,this paper puts forward the regulations,standards and parameter selection methods that the prototype should follow,and introduces the solutions and operating principles to the design indicators,structural schemes,structural characteristics and technical problems of the prototype.In particular,the design of slow V-shaped curve six window sleeves is the innovation of valve flow structure,which can effectively reduce the interference of fluid fluctuation on valve adjustment accuracy.This paper proposes an idea and method for the development of envelope prototype of nuclear power plant control valve.
