摘要 为实现核电站废树脂自动取样装置的自主化和国产化,实现废树脂取样装置的自动化。利用执行机构、增压单元、稳压罐和管路等结构的结合,设计出废树脂自动取样装置,实现了核电站废树脂取样过程的自动化;通过加工制造和功能验证试验,验证了该废树脂自动取样装置的自动控制能力,为今后废树脂自动取样装置的设计优化奠定基础。 In order to realize the autonomy and localization of automatic sampling device for waste resin in nuclear power plant and improve the automation resin sampling device for waste resin,this paper uses the combination of actuator,pressurization unit,surge tank and pipeline to realize the automation of automatic sampling for waste resin process in nuclear power plant based on the self-designed waste resin automatic sampling device.The automatic resin sampling device for the waste was verified by process and manufacture and functional performance test,which lays a foundation for the design and optimization of the waste resin automatic sampling device in the future.
