摘要
随着社会经济以及工业自动化的迅速发展,电磁流量计在造纸行业中的应用越来越广泛。为了使其更好地服务造纸行业,需要对纸浆造纸过程中的计量进行深入的分析与研究,并通过科学的分析方法解决其计量过于复杂的难点性问题。本文通过对电磁流量计原理的分析,介绍了电磁流量计主要的优点和不足,并结合造纸行业的特殊工况和面临的问题,阐述电磁流量计在造纸行业的应用选型以及注意事项。本文总结出一些应用经验,可为造纸行业的发展与完善提供些许参考与建议。
With the rapid development of social economy and industrial automation,electromagnetic flowmeter is more and more widely used in papermaking industry.In order to better serve the paper industry,it is necessary to deeply analyze and study the measurement in the pulp and paper process,and solve the difficult problem of too complex measurement through scientific analysis methods.Through the analysis of the principle of electromagnetic flowmeter,this paper introduces the main advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic flowmeter,and expounds the application selection and precautions of electromagnetic flowmeter in papermaking industry combined with the special working conditions and problems faced by papermaking industry.Some application experiences are summarized to provide some references and suggestions for the development and improvement of the paper industry.
