摘要
在环保意识不断提高、可再生能源全面推广的前提下,电力市场面临着降本增效问题,数字化技术的发展为传统工业注入了新的活力。厂级数字化改造已在各大电厂、煤矿、码头等企业陆续开展,通过合理的数字化改造,可在降低人工成本的同时,为电厂带来经济价值。本文针对煤场管理中出现的煤料堆积混乱导致计算热值不准确、配发量和盘存出现偏差等问题,提出了适用于煤场管理的数字化测控方法,包括相应硬件安装方法、软件架构说明等,可为电厂中的煤场管理提供数字化技术参考。
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the full promotion of renewable energy,the power market is facing the problem of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.The development of digital technology has injected new vitality into traditional industries.Plant-level digital transformation has been carried out successively in major power plants,coal mines,docks and other enterprises.Reasonable digital transformation can reduce labor costs and bring economic value to power plants.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate calculation of calorific value caused by coal accumulation disorder in coal yard management,deviation of allotment and inventory,etc.,this paper proposes a digital measurement and control method suitable for coal yard management,including corresponding hardware installation methods and software architecture description.It can provide digital technical reference for coal yard management in power plants.
