大跨径桥梁缆索吊系统质量控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决大跨径桥梁缆索吊系统关键部位质量控制项目偏少、缺失等问题,依托云南龙江特大桥缆索吊系统施工工程,通过具体质量控制方法计算结果的对比分析,对大跨径桥梁缆索吊系统质量控制方法进行探讨和研究。结果表明:在特定施工工况条件和外力状态下,缆索吊系统各关键部位应力、张力及安全系数等质量控制指标实测值与理论计算值基本一致,主要部位安装位置准确,均在容许值或允许偏差范围内。该方法计算结果稳定可靠,能够满足工程设计及规范要求,并经工程验证具有较高的可行性。 To solve the problems of few and missing quality control items in key parts of large-span bridge cable hoisting system,based on the construction project of the cable suspension system of Yunnan Longjiang Bridge,the quality control methods of the large-span bridge cable hoisting system are discussed and studied through the comparative analysis of the calculation results of the specific quality control methods.The results show that,under the specific construction conditions and external forces,the measured values of the quality control indicators such as stress,tension and safety factor of each key part of the cable hoist system are basically the same as the theoretical calculated values,the installation position of the main parts is accurate,and all within the allowable value or allowable deviation range,the calculation result of this method is stable and reliable,which can meet the requirements of engineering design and specification,and has high feasibility verified by engineering.
