摘要
针对厚煤层回采工作面过垂直空巷受采动应力作用巷道围岩破碎、稳定性差的问题,以赵庄二号井2305工作面为背景,通过超前顶板锚索补强和空巷超前临时支护加强对空巷顶板的控制,并通过注浆改善破碎煤体围岩结构状态,提高煤体承载能力以支撑顶板。现场试验表明,工作面过空巷期间煤壁直立,无明显片帮现象,空巷顶板变形可控。
In view of the problem of broken roadway surrounding rock and poor stability under the action of mining stress when the thick coal seam mining face passes through the vertical roadway, taking the 2305 working face of Zhaozhuang No. 2 Well as the background, the control of the roadway roof is strengthened through the advance roof anchor cable reinforcement and advance temporary support of the roadway, and the structural state of the surrounding rock of the broken coal body is improved through slurry injection to improve the bearing capacity of the coal body to support the roof.The field test shows that when the working face passes through the goaf, the coal wall is upright, there is no obvious slope phenomenon, and the deformation of the goaf roof is controllable.
