摘要
乌海能源棋盘井煤矿的副立井井筒断面较大,且存在较大的淋水现象,在爆破过程中出现了雷管成片拒爆问题。设计了中深孔爆破技术,选用防水二级煤矿许用乳化炸药,对爆破方案中一把抓、大并联的接线方式进行优化,校核单个雷管最小起爆电流,有效解决了雷管拒爆的问题。
The auxiliary shaft section of Wuhai Energy Qipanjing Coal Mine is large, and there is a large water pouring phenomenon. There is a problem of detonators refusing to explode in pieces during blasting. The medium deep hole blasting technology is designed, the waterproof secondary coal mine allowable emulsion explosive is selected, the wiring mode of one grasp and large parallel in the blasting scheme is optimized, the minimum initiation current of a single detonator is checked, and the problem of detonator refusal is effectively solved.
