坚硬顶板深孔爆破切顶卸压技术的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对平煤股份二矿庚20煤层工作面推进过程中顶板坚硬不易自然垮落,上隅角形成大面积悬顶,造成瓦斯大量积聚,严重影响安全生产的问题,研究应用了深孔爆破切顶技术,设计了切顶钻孔及炸药技术方案。应用结果表明:采用切顶钻孔深7 m,2+2的装药模式爆破切顶,上隅角悬顶面积减少80%,切顶后压力有效释放,巷道位移量明显减小,保障了工作面的安全生产。 Aiming at the problem that the roof is hard and not easy to fall naturally during the advance of the No.2 Geng20 coal seam face in Pingdingshan Coal Mine, a large area of suspended roof is formed in the upper corner,resulting in a large amount of gas accumulation and seriously affecting the safety of production, the roof cutting technology of deep-hole blasting is studied and applied, and the technical scheme of top-cutting drilling and explosive is designed. The application results show that when the roof is cut by blasting with a drilling depth of 7 m, blasting roof cutting in charge mode of 2+2, the suspended roof area of the upper corner is reduced by 80%, the pressure is effectively released after roof cutting, and the roadway displacement is obviously reduced, which ensures the safe production of the working face.
