摘要 针对新安煤矿已采工作面中使用传统沿空留巷技术带来的巷道变形量大、后期维护困难、采掘交替频繁导致施工缓慢等问题,设计在试验工作面使用无煤柱沿空留巷开采技术方案。根据新安煤矿现有采掘布局及巷道顶底板特性,采用预裂爆破坚硬顶板、分区域联合补强支护、巷道形变监测等方法,实现无煤柱沿空留巷。 In view of the problems caused by the use of traditional gob-side roadway retaining technology in Xin’an Coal Mine, such as large roadway deformation, difficult maintenance in the later stage, slow construction caused by frequent alternation of mining and excavation, the technical scheme of mining roadway along goaf without coal pillar in the test face is designed. According to the existing mining layout and the characteristics of roadway roof and floor in Xin’an Coal Mine, the methods of pre-splitting blasting hard roof, sub-regional combined reinforcement support and roadway deformation monitoring are adopted to realize goaf-side roadway without coal pillar.
