综掘工作面高效除尘技术研究

摘要 为解决煤矿井下综掘过程中产尘量大、危害严重,传统湿式除尘工艺除尘效果差、生产环境差等问题,通过对综掘工作面产尘特点及运移规律分析,研究以除尘风机为主体的高效除尘体系,实施除尘风机风流入口节流调节,研发风水联动喷雾装置,在对综掘工作面进行控尘的同时,利用该系统内水雾特点进行有效润湿降尘。 In order to solve the problems of large dust consumption and serious harm in the process of fully mechanized mining in underground coal mines, the problems of poor dust removal efficiency and poor production environment in the traditional wet dust removal process, the dust removal characteristics of the fully mechanized face and the law of its migration are analyzed. The efficient dust removal system with dust removal fan as the main body is studied, and the entrance throttling regulation of the dust inlet fan is implemented, and the spray linkage for wind water linkage is developed.At the same time of dust control in the fully mechanized mining face, the characteristics of water mist in the system are used to effectively wet and reduce dust.
