摘要
为了解2种双基发射药在连续化制备生产工艺设计中吸收药驱水过程的物料流变特性,为工艺稳定和设备选择提供依据,利用旋转流变仪研究了双醋-11(SC-11)和双苯(SBe)2种吸收药在不同溶剂比、温度下,驱水工艺中的混合物料流变性能的变化规律。实验结果表明:2种混合物料均呈现假塑性流体特征,在实验条件范围内随剪切速率增大,物料的表观黏度减小、应力增大;随着温度提高,物料黏度减小;同时SC-11吸收药混合物的黏性、非牛顿性均明显大于SBe吸收药。
In order to understand the rheological properties of materials during the process design of the continuous preparation and production of the two double-base emitting agents, and to provide a basis for the process stability and equipment selection, the rotational rheometer was used to study the rheological properties of the mixture of two kinds of absorbents, such as di-acetin-11(SC-11) and bisbenzene(SBe), at different solvent ratios and temperatures in the flooding section. The results show that the double-base propellant fluid is a typical pseudo plastic fluid. By increasing the shearing rate, the value of viscosity decreases and stress increases. And by increasing the temperature, the value of viscosity decreases. Otherwise, viscosity and non-Newtonian properties increase with decreasing of solvent ratio, and those properties of SC-11 are significantly greater than SBe.
