磷酸添加方式对加氢催化剂活性影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着环保意识增强,对清洁能源中的硫含量要求愈加严格,开发高效的深度加氢脱硫催化剂成为近年来的研究重点。以磷和USY分子筛共同改性的NiMo型催化剂为研究对象,维持催化剂中总磷质量分数不变,通过改变预浸渍磷酸的量,来研究磷酸添加方式对催化剂催化活性的影响。结果表明:随着浸渍液中磷酸的量逐渐增加,催化剂表面总酸量、B酸量、L酸量均有所增加,催化活性逐渐增强。试验条件下,340℃时,催化剂的加氢脱硫率能达到99.3%。 With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the requirement for sulfur content in clean energy is becoming stricter and stricter. The development of efficient deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst has become the research focus in recent years. In this paper, taking the catalyst modified by P and USY zeolite as the research subject, keeping the total phosphorus content in the catalyst unchanged, by changing the amount of pre-impregnated phosphoric acid, the effect of phosphoric acid addition on the catalytic activity was studied. The results showed that, with the gradual increase of the amount of phosphoric acid in the impregnating solution, the total acid amount, B acid amount and L acid amount on the catalyst surface increased, and the catalytic activity gradually increased. Under the experimental conditions, the hydrodesulfurization rate reached 99.3% at 340 ℃.
