摘要
卟啉金属有机框架材料(Por-MOFs)不仅具有MOFs独特的多孔性、高比表面积以及易功能化的优点,而且具有结构可调性及优异的光、电、磁性能。这些优异的性能使Por-MOFs可作为生物传感器的识别和信号单元。从Por-MOFs材料的制备方法、传感器的构建、传感机理等方面出发,着重对Por-MOFs在金属离子、生理活性物质、有机分子、无机离子、酶活性/蛋白传感领域的应用进展进行了综述,并对Por-MOFs在生物传感领域应用方面存在的水溶性、生物相容性、稳定性、靶向性问题进行了探讨。
Porphyrinic metal organic frameworks(Por-MOFs) not only possess unique porosity,large surface area,easy functionalization,but also have adjustable structure,excellent light,electricity and magnetism property.Thus,Por-MOFs could serve as recognition and signal element of biosensor.In this paper,the application of Por-MOFs in the sensing of metal ions,physiological active materials,organic molecules,inorganic ions,enzymatic activity/proteins was reviewed from preparation of Por-MOFs,construction of sensor and sensing mechanism.Future development of Por-MOFs in the water solubility,biocompatibility,stability and targeting was prospected in the end.
