摘要
针对乙烯过程设计了一套能效体系,用于衡量整个系统的能效高低,为价值优化作为目标参考。对裂解气换热器以及裂解过程进行了能效的评估示例,建立了乙烯生产系统模型,同时分析了如COT温度、压力等对裂解产物分布影响较大的可调节工况条件因素,完成其灵敏度分析以及模型的验证,找到系统能效最优的工况点,可以用于对乙烯整个生产过程进行能效监测和诊断。
A set of energy efficiency system was designed for ethylene process, which can be used to measure the energy efficiency of the whole system and serve as a reference for value optimization. The energy efficiency evaluation of pyrolysis gas heat exchanger and pyrolysis process was carried out, and the ethylene production system model was established. Meanwhile, the adjustable working condition factors such as COT temperature and pressure which have a great influence on the distribution of pyrolysis products were analyzed, and the sensitivity analysis and model verification were completed to find the optimal working condition point of system energy efficiency. It can be used for energy efficiency monitoring and diagnosis of the whole ethylene production process.
