摘要
患者1,女性,51岁。因过度劳累后睡眠时憋醒,出现前胸痛,伴有上腹部、左臂和背部的放射性疼痛约半小时,坐起休息后逐渐缓解,于2015年6月14日入泰达国际心血管病医院急诊科。患者1年前曾发生过2次类似但相对轻微的胸痛症状。10岁体检时发现心脏杂音,但无明显症状,未进一步检查治疗。入院后心电图未见明显异常。
