New Technology and Application of Digital Intelligent Piping Production

摘要 文章从管系数字化测量、设计和制作新技术等方面进行选题,在项目论证和实际应用中,采用摄影测量技术对管件上法兰孔点位进行数据获取,实现管件特征点的坐标采集,采用专业软件对法兰盘位姿的数学模型进行还原,同时采用专业的制管工装,实现法兰盘位姿的实际还原,精准快速地实现管件的制作。 Based on the topic of digital measurement,design and production of piping,photogrammetry technology is used for data acquisition of point positions of pipe flange holes in project argumentation and practical application,and the coordinate acquisition of pipe's feature points is achieved.Professional software is used to reduce the mathematical model of flange pose,at the same time,professional pipe tooling is used to realize the real reduction of flange pose,achieving the pipe fitting production accurately and quickly.
