面向船用双燃料主机的淡水降温填料塔数值模拟及传质计算

摘要 基于双模理论建立填料塔的传质、传热模型,通过数值计算得到在不同液汽比下的脱硫效率、气相出口温度和压力损失,与实际测量结果对比,发现预测值与实测值吻合良好,且趋势一致。实测散堆矩鞍环填料和规整板波纹填料在相同工况下的脱硫效率,气相出口温度,压力损失,在基于本文的应用条件下,可得出规整板波纹填料相比散堆矩鞍环填料效果较好。 The model of mass transfer and heat transfer are build based on dual mode theory and desulfurization efficiency.Outlet temperature and pressure drop of exhaust gas are obtained under different liquid vapor ratio.Compared with the actual measurement results,found that the predicted values and measured values coincide well,and the trend is consistent.Otherwise,the desulfurization efficiency,gas outlet temperature and pressure loss of the rectangular saddle ring packing and the corrugated plate packing in the same working condition are measured.Based on the application conditions in this paper,it can be concluded that the corrugated plate packing has better effect than the corrugated plate packing in the random pile.
