摘要
在苏南某区选取3台处理量为10 t/d的集中式一体化生活污水处理设备进行水质提升研究,并将改造措施应用至200 t/d站区。主要改造措施为:(1)缺氧池底部增加污泥搅动装置;(2)沉淀池底部增加污泥微曝气装置;(3)增加后置生物滤池。研究结果表明,该改造措施有效,以进水浓度较高站区为例,COD、氨氮及TN平均去除率分别提高至86.8%、91%和67.1%,出水水质稳定,且冬季仍具有较好的去除效果。200 t/d站区采用后置人工湿地模式进行水质提升,研究连续运行与间歇运行两种模式的运行成本。结果表明,间歇性运行模式更适宜于村镇生活污水处理,在保证出水稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污水排放一级A标准的情况下,其运行成本仅增加2%,运营检修频率下降80%。
Three integrated domestic sewage treatment plants with a capacity of 10 t/d were selected to study water quality improvement in a certain area of southern Jiangsu Province,and improvement measures were enlarged to integrated domestic sewage treatment plants with a capacity of 200 t/d.The main improvement measures comprised:(1)adding sludge stirring device at the bottom of anoxic tank;(2)setting micro-aeration device for sludge at the bottom of sedimentation tank;(3)adding a biological filter as post-treatment.Results showed that the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were increased to 86.8%,91%and 67.1%,respectively.After water quality improvement,effluent quality of these plants were still stable in winter.The effect of influent models was investigated in 200 t/d station area.Results indicated that intermittent influent model was more suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage in villages and towns.Operating cost has increased by only 2%,in order to ensure the effluent reached the First Grade A criteria for sewage discharge of urban sewage treatment plants,while the frequency of operation and maintenance has decreased by 80%.
