基于分级需求的乡村厕所建造技术

Technology of Rural Toilets Construction Based on Classified Demands

为满足农民差异化的改厕需求,通过对乡村厕所建造进行分级,按房屋建设指数由低到高,将乡村厕所建造划分为基础类、完善类、提升类,细化了乡村厕所建造模式与分级方案的对应关系。从厕所要素、厕所设施两方面,明确了不同类型厕所的设计参数与具体措施,为不同等级的乡村厕所建造提供借鉴。在物价调研的前提下,结合乡村厕所分级建造方法,细化出不同等级需求的乡村厕所建造典型方案,结合不同设施市场价格,对乡村厕所建造成本进行了测算,基础类、完善类、提升类厕所造价分别为638~1389、2438~4628、6274~14115元,为差异化的乡村厕所建设需求提供参考。

In order to meet the differentiated demands for toilet improvement of farmers,rural toilet construction was classified into basic category,perfect category and upgraded category according to housing construction index from low to high.Corresponding relationship between rural toilet construction mode and classification plan was refined.From two aspects of toilet elements and facilities,the design parameters and specific measures of different types of toilets were defined,which provided reference for the construction of rural toilets of different grades.On the premise of price investigation,the typical construction plans of rural toilets with different grades of demand were refined,and the construction costs of rural toilets were calculated according to the market prices of different facilities combined with the graded construction method of rural toilets.The construction costs of basic toilets,perfect toilets and upgraded toilets aere 638~1389,2438~4628,6274~14115 yuan respectively,which provided reference for differentiated rural toilet construction demands.
