摘要
文中以我国西北某市新建G、L长距离输水工程为例,介绍了长距离输水系统非满管运行时所采用的两种不同类型(重力充水、水泵充水)的充水方案,为长距离输水工程非满管前的管理运行提供参考方案。设计了带有减压孔板的旁通管路系统,能将工程的主管道充水流速控制在0.3 m/s及以下,能保证水泵启动的安全运行。该充水方案可有效降低或避免由于充水过快导致水锤、管道冲刷及爆管等现象,保障输水管路系统在初始充水运行时的安全。
In this paper,a newly-built G and L long-distance water diversion project of a city in northwest China is taken as an example.Two different types of water filling(gravity water filling and water pump filling)scheme are introduced to deal with water filling of long-distance water diversion system for partially filled pipelines,providing a reference value for the management and operation of the long-distance water diversion system when the pipelines are not full.A bypass piping system with a relief-orifice plate,which can control the filling flow rate of the main pipeline to 0.3 m/s and below is designed to ensure the safe operation of the pump.This water filling scheme can effectively reduce or avoid water hammer and pipeline flushing as well as pipe burst caused by water’s filling too fast,so that the safety of water pipeline system is guaranteed when initial water filling is operated.
