为了更好地指导企业标准化工作,文章依据GB/T 35778的要求,以汽车研发企业为例,从企业标准化工作的相关概念入手,介绍了企业标准化工作的主要任务及企业标准化机构的组成形式和职责,详细阐述了企业标准体系建立的5个步骤,并着重说明了如何进行企业标准的实施和检查,为从事企业标准化的工作人员提供一些启发。

In order to better guide the enterprise standardization work,based on the requirements of GB/T 35778,taking the automobile R&D enterprise as an example,starting with the relevant concepts of enterprise standardization work,this paper introduces the main tasks of enterprise standardization work and the composition forms and responsibilities of enterprise standardization organization,and expounds in detail the five steps of establishing enterprise standard system,It also focuses on how to carry out the implementation and inspection of enterprise standards,so as to provide some inspiration for the staff engaged in enterprise standardization.
