摘要
为明确观光木(Tsoongiodendron odorum)叶挥发油的化学成分,为观光木的开发与利用提供参考,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取观光木叶片中的挥发油,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对挥发油的化学成分进行分析,采用峰面积归一法计算各化学成分的相对含量。结果表明,观光木叶挥发油为淡黄色油状体,得油率为0.19%;主要含有烯烃类、醇类、醛酮类和酯类等化合物;在提取的挥发油中鉴定出55种成分,占挥发油总含量的89.030%,主要成分有石竹烯氧化物、环氧异香树烯、β-桉叶醇、4-异丙烯基-环己酮、桉油烯醇、全顺式二十碳五烯酸和β-杜松烯,相对含量分别为50.950%、8.370%、6.479%、2.517%、1.836%、1.444%和1.128%。观光木叶挥发油中含有较丰富的可用于食品和医药的化学成分,可进一步开发与利用。
In order to clarify chemical components of volatile oil of Tsoongiodendron odorum leaves and provide reference for development and utilization of T.odorum,volatile oil of T.odorum leaves was extracted by steam distillation,which was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and relative contents of chemical components were calculated by normalization method of peak area.Results showed that volatile oil of T.odorum leaves was light yellow oil with yield of 0.19%,which mainly contained olefins,alcohols,aldehydes and ketones,and esters.55 components were identi⁃fied from volatile oil,accounting for 89.030%of total content.Main components were Caryophyllene oxide,Isoaromadendreneep oxide,β-Eudesmol,4-Isopropenylcyclohexanone,10′-Apocarotenal,Eicosapentaenoic acid,β-Cadinene,with relative contents 50.950%,8.370%,6.479%,2.517%,1.836%,1.444%and 1.128%re⁃spectively.Volatile oil of T.odorum leaves contained relatively rich chemical components that could be used in food and medicine,which could be developed and utilized further.
