跨文化交际视角下的公证书西班牙语翻译探究

Study on Spanish Translation of Notarizations from the Perspective of Intercultural Communication

西班牙语是我国“一带一路”倡议的重要商业语言,公证书西班牙语翻译对我国公民正当权益的确保以及国家倡议的实施具有重要意义。本文概况了西班牙语特点及中西语差异,分析了中西语公证书在词汇和句法形态方面的特点,探究了跨文化交际视角下的公证书西班牙语翻译,指出只有充分考虑中国和西班牙语国家的文化差异才能保证公证书西班牙语翻译的质量。

Spanish is an important commercial language of China′s Belt and Road Initiative.Notarization′s Spanish translation is of great significance to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens and the implementation of national initiatives.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Spanish and the differences between Chinese and Spanish,analyzes the characteristics of Spanish notarizations in terms of vocabulary and syntax morphology,explores the interpretation of notarizations in Spanish from the perspective of cross-cultural communication,and points out that only by fully considering the cultural differences between China and Spanish-speaking countries can the quality of notarizations Spanish translation be guaranteed.
