摘要
焦化厂随着干熄焦的投入使用,废水产生量增加,原有的处理工艺不能满足《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB16171-2012)间排标准,考虑到场地受限,充分利用现有水处理构筑物的基础上优化原有的O-A-O生化工艺,并增设定向氧化处理单元对生化出水进行深度处理,运行结果优于GB16171-2012间排标准。详细介绍了工艺改造方案及主要构筑物的设计参数与工艺特点,为其他类似焦化废水处理项目升级改造提供一定的借鉴参考。
With the application of coke dry quenching in coking plant,the amount of wastewater production increases.The original treatment process cannot meet the Emission standard of pollutants for coking chemical industry(GB16171-2012).Considering the limited site,the original O-A-O biochemical process was optimized on the basis of making full use of the existing water treatment structures.Furthermore,directional oxidation treatment unit was added to carry out in-depth treatment of biochemical effluent,and the operation result was better than GB16171-2012 inter-discharge standard.In this paper,the process modification scheme,design parameters of main structures and process characteristics were introduced in detail,which could provide some reference for other similar coking wastewater treatment projects.
