固相萃取膜富集-气相色谱法测定地下水中23种有机氯农药的含量 被引量:3

Determination of 23 Organochlorine Pesticides in Groundwater by Solid Phase Extraction Membrane Preconcentration and Gas Chromatography

摘要 实验采用3M-RP-1固相萃取膜,研究了地下水中23种有机氯农药化合物的固相膜萃取预富集的方法,建立了23种有机氯的气相色谱的检测方法。文中探讨了23种有机氯的固相膜萃取的最优条件;结果显示,23种有机氯农药在2~50μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r≥0.9985,检出限范围为0.0004~0.0015μg·L^(-1),回收率为85.6%~112%,相对标准偏差4.0%~15.1%。研究表明该方法的检出限低,精密度以及准确度较高,由于固相膜萃取的萃取速率最大可以达到80 mL·min^(-1),极大地缩短了水样前处理的萃取时间,适用于大体积、大批量样品分析及日常快速检测,因此该萃取方法具有操作简易、快捷、检测效率高等优点。 Through using 3M-RP-1 solid phase extraction membrane and studying the solid phase membrane extraction pre-concentration method of 23 organochlorine pesticide compounds in groundwater,a gas chromatographic detection method for 23 organochlorine compounds was established.And the optimal conditions for solid-phase membrane extraction of 23 kinds of organochlorine compounds were discussed.The results showed that 23 kinds of organochlorine pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 2~50μg·L^(-1),r≥0.9985,and the detection limit was 0.0004~0.0015μg·L^(-1),the recovery rate was 85.6%~112%,and the relative standard deviation was 4.0%~15.1%.Studies have shown that the detection limit of this method is low,and the precision and accuracy are high.Since the extraction rate of solid phase membrane extraction can reach 80 mL·min^(-1),the extraction time of water sample pretreatment is greatly shortened,and it is suitable for large volumes,mass sample analysis and daily rapid detection,and the extraction method has the advantages of easy operation and high detection efficiency.
