摘要
目的:研究早期路径心脏康复对急性心肌梗死冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心功能与心血管不良事件的影响。方法:选取郑州大学第二附属医院2017年5月—2019年5月收治的120例急性心肌梗死采取PCI术治疗的患者。采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=61)和对照组(n=59),实验组给予早期路径心脏康复护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。对比两组患者干预前后2周心功能、生活质量;对比两组患者干预期间出现的心血管不良事件。结果:干预2周后,相比对照组,实验组左室射血分数显著更高,左室收缩末期内经、左室舒张末期内径显著更高;干预2周后,相比对照组,实验组SF-36显著更高;相比于对照组的不良事件发生率,实验组显著更低。结论:早期路径心脏康复能够明显改善急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的心功能和生活质量,降低心血管不良事件的发生率。
Objective:To study the effect of early path cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac function and cardiovascular adverse events after acute myocardial infarction by PCI.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent PCI in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=61)and the control group(n=59).The experimental group was given the early path cardiac rehabilitation nursing mode,and the control group was given the con⁃ventional nursing mode.The cardiac function and quality of life before and after intervention,the adverse cardiovascular events dur⁃ing the intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After 2 weeks of intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The end-systolic and left ventric⁃ular end-diastolic diameters were significantly higher.After 2 weeks of intervention,compared with the control group,the SF-36 was significantly higher in the experimental group.Compared with the adverse event rate in the control group,that in the experi⁃mental group was significantly lower.Conclusion:Early path cardiac rehabilitation can significantly improve the cardiac function and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,and reduce the cardiovascular adverse events.
