医护一体化模式护理对行内镜下黏膜剥离术患者康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Nursing Care on Rehabilitation and Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Mucosal Dissection

目的:分析医护一体化模式护理对行内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年10月—2020年5月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八九医院行ESD治疗的86例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取医护一体化模式护理。比较两组干预前及干预后心理状况、生活质量、护理不良事件及并发症发生情况。结果:干预前,两组心理状况(SAS、SDS)及生活质量(躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活)评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS(32.16±4.25)分、SDS(31.23±4.05)分,低于对照组,躯体功能(89.35±4.45)分、社会功能(92.67±3.31)分、物质生活(90.44±4.15)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件及并发症发生率(2.33%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化模式护理可有效改善行内镜下黏膜剥离术患者心理状况及生活质量,并降低护理不良事件发生率,减少并发症。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated nursing care on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients under⁃going endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods:86 patients with ESD in the hospital from October 2018 to may 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the obser⁃vation group was given integrated nursing care.The psychological status,quality of life,nursing adverse events and complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of psychological status(SAS,SDS)and quality of life(physical function,social function and mate⁃rial life)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group([32.16±4.25],[31.23±4.05])were lower than those in the control group.The scores of physical function(89.35±4.45),social function(92.67±3.31),and material life(90.44±4.15)were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events and complications in the observation group(2.33%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing mode can effective⁃ly improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and complications.
