Karnofsky活动状态评分对肝癌介入治疗术后患者疾病不确定感及癌因疲乏状况的影响

The Effect of Karnofsky Activity Status Score on the Uncertainty of Disease and the Cancer-related Fatigue in Pa⁃tients after Interventional Therapy for Liver Cancer

目的:探讨Karnofsky活动状态评分对肝癌介入治疗术后患者疾病不确定感及癌因疲乏状况的影响。方法:选取郑州大学附属肿瘤医院2018年8月—2019年11月期间收治的89例肝癌介入治疗术后患者作为研究对象,2018年8月—2019年1月期间接受常规护理的44例患者作为常规组,2019年2月—2019年11月期间基于常规护理接受结合Karnofsky活动状态评分实施护理的45例患者作为试验组,比较两组护理前后中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评分、癌症疲乏量表(CFS)以及并发症状况。结果:护理后两组MUIS评分低于护理前,试验组低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后两组CFS评分低于护理前,试验组低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为4.44%(2/45),少于常规组的20.45%(9/44,P<0.05)。结论:Karnofsky活动状态评分应用于肝癌介入治疗术后患者护理中,可降低不确定感,缓解疲乏,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Karnofsky activity status score on the uncertainty of disease and cancer-relat⁃ed fatigue in patients after interventional therapy for liver cancer.Methods:A total of 89 patients after interventional therapy for liver cancer who were admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.From August 2018 to January 2019,44 patients who received routine care were included in the routine group.From February 2019 to No⁃vember 2019,45 patients who received care based on routine care combined with the Karnofsky activity status score were included in the experimental group.The scores of the Chinese version of the Mishel’s Uncertaintyin Illness Scale(MUIS),Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The MUIS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The CFS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 4.44%(2/45),which was lower than 20.45%(9/44)in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Karnofsky activity status score used in the nursing of patients after inter⁃ventional therapy for liver cancer can reduce uncertainty,relieve fatigue,and reduce complications.
